Several layers of laminated tubes improve the esthetic longevity and appeal. These typically come in two shapes: foil laminates and other laminates in plastic.
Laminated
Lame tubes are constructed from several layers of aluminum sheet toughness materials and metal foils which behave like a rubber film. Also plastics, such as polyethylene membranes, vinyl alcohol, various co polymer membranes, etc., may be made from laminated tubing. Additionally, an aluminum coating between plastic layers may also be used for improved longevity.
